De film is zeker niet van het kaliber van de eerste film en ook de liedjes maken een stuk minder indruk, toch is Frozen 2 een meer dan prima animatiefilm die het verhaal van de twee prinsessen weer voorziet van een nieuwe en frisse impuls die nieuwsgierig maakt naar een eventueel derde deel waar Disney hopelijk weer flink de tijd voor zal nemen. Voor een tweede deel voldoet Frozen II aan alle verwachtingen en het niveau van de eerste film uit 2013 wordt geëvenaard. Voor de liefhebbers van Prinses Elsa, Prinses Anna en alle bijzondere personages uit de franchise, is het een avontuur om van te smullen. Die vooral uitblinkt in de memorabele liedjes en de verbluffende computeranimaties.
