Instructions
IMDb
On your ratings page there is the option to export your ratings (three dots in the top right, Export), which will give you a csv file of all your ratings. That's the file you need.
Letterboxd
Go to Settings and click on Export to get the csv file with your ratings.
MovieMeter
From your avatar in the top right, go to Gegevens exporteren, select Stemmen and CSV, and submit your request. It takes a day for them to create the file.
